Shipping policy
At PixieCare, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chennai using top-tier logistics service providers. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless experience when receiving your PixieCare products.
Shipping Hours
- Delivery Window: Deliveries are attempted between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (except Public Holidays and Sundays).
- Signature Requirement: Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for an alternative person (family member, colleague, or neighbor) to sign on your behalf. PixieCare will not be responsible for any goods signed by someone other than the intended recipient.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Order Processing: All domestic orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped from Monday to Saturday (except Public Holidays and Sundays).
- Shipping Time: Domestic orders can be expected to arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is offered on all orders above ₹1000.
- Flat Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of ₹90 is applied to orders below ₹1000.
- Cash on Delivery orders : for all COD orders below 1000, flat fee of 198/- is applied and for all orders above 1000, a flat fee of 99/- is applicable

We use trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, India Post, and BlueDart for fast and secure deliveries within India.
International Shipping
- Order Processing: All international orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped from Monday to Saturday (except Public Holidays and Sundays).
- Shipping Time: International orders can be expected to arrive within 7–9 business days.
- Free International Shipping: Free international shipping is available for orders above ₹13,000.
International Shipping Rates
We offer international shipping to the following countries. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the destination. Please refer to the table below for the rates.

- Customs and Duties: PixieCare is not responsible for any Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, or any other applicable government taxes and charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery and must be paid by the customer.
- Non-Compliance with Import Laws: PixieCare is only responsible for compliance with export and customs laws of the country from which the products are being shipped. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import and customs laws of the country they are shipping to.
Important Note:
In the event that customs or import laws are not met, or the customer refuses to pay the applicable charges, PixieCare will deduct the return shipping cost, return duties, and any other charges incurred during the return process before processing a refund.
Shipping Disclaimer
- Customs Charges: Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping charges listed above. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the delivery courier at the time of delivery.
- Return Policy: If an international shipment is refused or does not clear customs, the return shipping cost, return duties, and any other charges incurred will be deducted from the refund issued.
